Would I have a good chance in Small Claims Court?

Since the additional washer/dryer fee was not spelled out in the lease, i doubt that a judge would give her a monetary judgement. If she takes you to small claims(very doubtful) you need to show up so she doesn't get a default judgement. Good Luck
