What do yo do when you landlord want's sexual favors instead of money for rent?

Due to my hours being cut at my old job. I was going to make my rent late, so i contacted my landlord to make him aware of it. I explained that i was getting rental assist he said okay. Then made the statement if i do I give oral sex.Then the next thing i'm getting evicted.
