Kicking graves in Sims 2 Double Deluxe...?

I was trying to get ghosts to appear next to the graves in Sims, and it wasn't working. So I read online that you can make the ghosts mad by having teens or kids kick their grave and then they'll be more likely to come out. I got this little girl (who's personality was grouchy, playful, lazy, and sloppy) and tried to make her kick the grave. But the option didn't appear! How do I make her kick the ghost's grave?
