Sorry but the automotive time doesn't count. As for the school if you could finish that before you get the 30 hours use that or use the work experience if the hours will be met soonest. When it comes to signing you off to take the test I think that would be your supervisor, assuming he/she has an A&P. For details contact you local FSDO.
