I'm sorry she's bringing you down, becayse pregnancy is such an exciting thing!! So.let me start by sayig congratulations!!!! It might be difficult to not worry about it but it.sounds like you're taking care of yourself. Maybe look into prenatal yoga, or some other peaceful activity, something that you can focus on, enjoy and that will help relax you. Sometimes it's as easy as taking a deep breath and telling yoirsrlf to chill out-the mind is very powerful. :)
