Can I be sued for breach of oral contract?

OK...I know I shouldn't have done this...But I cheated on my wife.She has forgiven me (thank goodness) and giving me a second chance.The problem is the female that I cheated with,I sorta told her I would buy her a TV,but didn't.Now she's saying she is going to sue me for breach of oral contract.Can she do this,can she sue me?
