What kind of disease is this?

Ok so I went to Pahrump to visit my best friend and I went there on the 11th of this month and came back on the 14. Every night I was there, except Monday night, we had sex and one of the nights we had oral sex. I asked her if she had anything and she said no but i'm starting to think she is lying cause the inside of my vigina I have a bump(which doesn't hurt). It was bigger first time I saw it but got a little smaller but still there! I also have another bump inside my anus and it hurts when I touch it and its big.. That's all that i've noticed nothing else. I'm also 14 and I can't let my mom or dad find out about this or they will get really mad and disappointed and you guys will probably think "What a stupid kid" yeah I know i'm stupid for letting it happen in the first place but please give me an answer..
