A Question for a Nurse or a Doctor?

Im 14 and a week ago i made out with a girl and recieved unprotected oral sex from her and i now have a group of small tiny white pimple looking bumps on the bottom of my penis not on the head of my penis but under it on the bottom they dont hurt they look as they could be squezzed but im not doin that iwent to the doctors today and asked for a std tests and the ***** didnt help at all so can some1 tell me what these bump are pls ?
