How to change myself?
Okay, so I know this isn't going to be as helpful as the last two answers, but I figured I'd add this in anyway. For your second question, on how to lose weight, I would definitely check out some Seventeen magazines. Maybe see if your local library has some, you might not even need to buy them. But they always have this section about workout ideas and really good looking food ideas. This most recent issue, with Lucy Hale on the front, had a larger than normal section on workouts, to get ready for your summer body and everything. But it has a five week plan with ideas on how to strengthen, tone, and that type of stuff and the exercises don't look too bad either. I would definitely suggest to check out some Seventeen magazines. And they always have recipes that look really good, but are good for your too. Good luck!
