Cold sores from oral sex?

Two days ago I performed oral sex on my boyfriend for the first time. We both have never had sex or done oral either. If I haven't gotten a cold sore yet is there still a chance I could get one in the next few days? Even if I don't get one from the first time, could I get a could sore from any time after that? Would he have to have a disease for me to get a cold sore? Please answer all three of these questions.
