Are there some guys that prefer nice girls instead of sluts?

I am 20 years old. I always see slutty/ugly/mean girls with boyfriends. �I am a shy girl and I often see that the �slutty girls are in long term relationships. I have never had anything long term before, and this has worsened my already low self esteem and confidence and it makes me feel like a loser. I am a virgin. �I have been told that I am a kind hearted and pretty girl but yet I still have been hurt by all the guys in the past who I had relationships with, when I have been nothing but kind to them. Do guys find that slutty girls are more attractive than shy and kind girls? Is a 20 year old virgin an oddity in society today? Should I stop being so hard on myself? No rude answers please.
